Q: What are your Holiday Business Hours?

A: Both of our locations will be closed December 24th-25th and again December 31st – January 1st. Happy Holidays!
 
 

Q: What are your hours?
  
A: Showroom -Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday - by appointment only.
 Warehouse (Distribution Center): M-F, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. 
 

Q: How soon should I place my order?
 
A: As soon as possible.  Some items are more popular than others and thus get booked faster.
 
 

Q: How do I place my order?
 
A: By email or phone call.  Online quotes do not reserve the items.
 
 

Q: How late can I adjust my order?
 
A: 48 hours prior to the delivery date.
 
 

Q: What is the time period of a rental?
 
A: A typical one-day rental covers 3 business days (1 to deliver or pick up, 1 to use, and 1 to pick up or return).
 

 
Q: Where do I pick up my order?
 
A: Our warehouse in Madeira is 6915 Morrison Place. 
 
 

Q: Who loads my vehicle when I pick something up?
 
A: We do.  However, it is a good idea to make sure you have help lined up on your end.  You might also want to bring tie-down rope and pads when picking up tables and chairs. Camargo Events does not provide ropes or tie downs.  Please measure your vehicle to see how well a table may fit into it before you come for your order.  Note that Camargo Events is not responsible for any damages incurred while loading or unloading your vehicle.
 
 
Q: Do I need to return my dishes clean?
 
A: Yes, all dishes must be returned clean (no food residue on dishes) or there is a 40% cleaning charge.
 
 

Q: Can I receive a refund for unused rental items?
 
A: No.
 
 

Q: Can I return rented items before you open or after you close?
 
A: No. 
 
 

Q: Can you help me plan my event?
 
A: Yes! We have well-trained professionals who would be happy to sit down with you and help plan the event.
 
 

Q: Do you offer to set up and take down?
 
A: Yes, for an additional charge.
 
 

Q: What kind of tents do you have?
 
A: We have a wide selection of tent styles and sizes that can be viewed on our website under the tab 'Tents.'
 
 

Q. What is a damage waiver?
 
A.  The damage waiver is optional.  It covers accidental damage to rented items, it does not cover missing items. The damage waiver is 10% of the rental total.
